搬遷及清理完成後，填寫下方表單，宿舍幹部將盡速至您的房間進行檢查。
Fill in the check-out form after the move is completed. After completing the form, a member of the dormitory staff will check your room as soon as possible.
表單服務時段為8/17起 9:00~12:00,13:00~17:00，若欲在非服務時段檢查請至一樓宿管中心找宿管人員。
The service hours of the form are 9:00~12:00 and 13:00~17:00 from Aug. 17th. If you want to check during non-service hours, please go to the dormitory management center on the first floor to find the dormitory management personnel.
